Comprehensive assessments of older adults to identify needs, initiate

service plans, make referrals, arrange and coordinate services, and monitor progress.

Companion Aide Registry for the Elderly (C.A.R.E.)

A resource of self-employed individuals offering in-home care and/or housekeeping assistance.

Assistance with health insurance issues to include Medicare, Medigap,

Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D, long-term care insurance and Medicaid.

Community focal points for active adults 55+ providing a variety of services to include

fitness classes, health screenings, educational and recreational programs, and arts and crafts, wellness programs, dance, and computer classes. Limited local transportation

from your home to the center provided based on eligibility.

Weekday Lunches

Nutrition education and healthy meals are available at the centers in

Manassas and Woodbridge.
